The fans demanded it, and the fans finally got it. After 20 years apart, the long-awaited Triumph reunion took place at Sweden Rock Festival, on June 7th, 2008. And on August 28th, 2012, fans outside of Sweden will finally get a chance to see, hear, and experience this awesome reunion.

Hailing from Toronto, Canada, Rik Emmett is one of the unsung guitar heroes to emerge from the rock scene during the 1970s. As a vocalist, guitarist, and founding member of Triumph, he established himself as a versatile shredder who’s just as comfortable in a pentatonic scale as he is navigating his way through a diatonic jazz arrangement.
Come join Rik Emmett, lead singer and guitarist for the rock band Triumph, for a special performance at Tupelo! Rik will be performing a mix of classics, acoustic , jazz and blues, as well as performing as part of the Strung Out Troubadours with guitarist Dave Dunlop. It is a show not to be missed as these two master guitarists duke it out on stage.
Rik returns to Poor David’s Pub in Dallas for the fourth consecutive year and will perform an intimate acoustic concert along with Dave Dunlop (the Troubs) in support of their new album/cd “reCOVERy room 9“.
