Come join Rik Emmett, lead singer and guitarist for the rock band Triumph, for a special performance at Tupelo! Rik will be performing a mix of classics, acoustic , jazz and blues, as well as performing as part of the Strung Out Troubadours with guitarist Dave Dunlop. It is a show not to be missed as these two master guitarists duke it out on stage.

Emmett and Dunlop (from the rock band Full Nine) first played together during a master class session at the National Summer Guitar Workshop in 1990. Much of their material originates from their acoustic guitars, with Rik singing lead vocal on some selections.

In 2007, Strung-Out Troubadours won “Album of the Year” and “Group/Duo Of The Year” at the Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards, where they were the most heavily-nominated act. Both Rik and Dave were also nominated for “Best Guitarist”, a category that Emmett had captured back in 2005.

Tupelo Music Hall

Tupelo Music Hall presents talented nationally-recognized musicians who perform in a friendly, relaxed and attractive setting. The hall is an intimate venue with flexible seating arrangements and a whole lot of charm.

An assortment of light meals (salads, soups or chilis, nachos, sandwiches), desserts and beverages are available at performances. We ask that you refrain from bringing your own food into the Music Hall.

BYOB Tupelo Music Hall allows guests (over age 21) to bring their own beer and wine only. Wine glasses and bottle openers are available for your use at no charge. Please avoid bringing in large coolers–space is limited. The Drinkery wine & beer shop in the basement of Tupelo Music Hall is open during Tupelo performances. You are welcome to stop by The Drinkery to purchase your wine, beer and gourmet snacks before the show.

Tupelo Music Hall is a non-smoking facility. Smokers are welcome to smoke outside in designated areas.

Because we’re not a bar and we’re non-smoking, we think Tupelo is a great place for all ages including children. Children who are older tend to enjoy the majority of our shows more than the little ones (believe us, as parents of two little ones ourselves, we know!).

Casual attire is appropriate. Wear what makes you comfortable, as long as it’s not your birthday suit. (Shoes and shirts required, too.)

We will be live-streaming our upcoming concerts at Tupelo Music Hall (Saturday Nov 12. 8 pm EST) and Club Passim (Sunday Nov 13).

Tupelo… The birthplace of Elvis. The subject of a Van Morrison song. A specialty honey… sweet, uncommonly good.

Located in Londonderry, New Hampshire, Tupelo Music Hall presents talented nationally-recognized musicians who perform in a friendly, relaxed and attractive setting in a building that formerly housed an antiques shop. The hall is an intimate venue with flexible seating arrangements and a whole lot of charm.

The readers of New Hampshire Magazine voted Tupelo the best small venue in the state for the last six years. Artists such as George Winston, Suzanne Vega, and Arlo Guthrie have performed at the hall, which is known for its intimate size and superior acoustics.

The venue seats 240 people with theater-style seating and 132 with cabaret seating.

Light food and soft drinks are available, and patrons are allowed to bring in their own beer or wine for a minimal fee.
